Digital Download License

This Digital Download License explains how products purchased or downloaded from Quiet Fold Studio may and may not be used.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a Quiet Fold Studio digital product, you agree to this license.

What You Are Purchasing

Your purchase gives you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the downloaded product for personal, noncommercial purposes.

You are purchasing permission to use the product under this license. You are not purchasing the copyright, ownership, or intellectual-property rights to the design or digital file.

All rights not expressly granted in this license remain with Quiet Fold Studio or the applicable rights holder.

Permitted Personal Uses

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, you may:

• Download the purchased files to your personal computer or device
• Save reasonable backup copies for your own use
• Print the greeting cards or other materials for your own personal use
• Reprint a design when you personally need another copy
• Give your personally printed greeting cards to friends, relatives, coworkers, teachers, church members, neighbors, and other individual recipients
• Write your own message inside a printed greeting card
• Resize a file when necessary for personal printing, provided the design is not redistributed or sold
• Use a local or online printing service to print the product solely for your personal use

When using a printing service, you may provide the file only as needed to complete your personal print order. You are responsible for ensuring that the printing service does not retain, distribute, sell, or reuse the file.

Household Use

A purchase is licensed to one purchaser and the purchaser’s immediate household.

The file may not be shared with relatives, friends, coworkers, churches, schools, clubs, customers, clients, or organizations outside the purchaser’s immediate household.

Each separate user, organization, or household must purchase its own license unless Quiet Fold Studio provides written permission or offers an applicable group license.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Sell printed greeting cards or other printed products created from the files
• Sell, share, give away, sublicense, or redistribute the digital files
• Email or message the digital files to another person
• Upload the files to a shared drive, shared cloud folder, membership area, group, forum, or file-sharing website
• Post downloadable files on a website, blog, social-media platform, marketplace, or application
• Use the designs in products offered through Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, print-on-demand services, craft fairs, retail stores, or other sales channels
• Use the files to create cards, invitations, stationery, gifts, merchandise, or other items for sale
• Include the files or designs in a digital collection, template, course, membership, subscription, or free resource
• Use the files for client work or provide printed cards to paying clients as part of a service
• Use the designs as logos, trademarks, business branding, or packaging
• Trace, copy, extract, reproduce, or separately use design elements from the files
• Alter, recolor, crop, or combine the designs with other materials for resale or redistribution
• Claim the designs, artwork, files, or altered versions as your own work
• Use product-preview images as your own product photographs or promotional images
• Register any Quiet Fold Studio design or portion of a design as a copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property
• Use the files to train, test, develop, or improve artificial-intelligence systems or machine-learning models

Churches, Schools, Ministries, Businesses, and Organizations

The standard personal-use license does not permit an organization to share files among staff, members, volunteers, students, customers, or participants.

It also does not permit an organization to print unlimited cards from a single personal purchase for organizational distribution.

A church, ministry, school, nonprofit organization, business, club, or other group must obtain written permission or purchase an organizational license when one is offered.

Contact Quiet Fold Studio before purchasing if you need broader printing or group-use rights.

Free Downloads

Free products remain protected by copyright and are subject to the same personal-use restrictions unless the download page provides different written terms.

The fact that a product is provided without charge does not place it in the public domain and does not grant permission to resell, redistribute, or commercially use it.

You may share a link to the Quiet Fold Studio page where the free product is offered. You may not share or host the downloadable file itself.

Modifications

You may make minor changes required for personal printing, such as adjusting scale or printer orientation.

Modifying a product does not create a new product or transfer ownership to you.

Altered, personalized, cropped, recolored, or combined versions remain subject to this license and may not be sold, shared, or redistributed.

Ownership and Copyright

Quiet Fold Studio retains all copyrights and intellectual-property rights in its original products, designs, artwork, text, product photographs, and digital files.

Any third-party fonts, graphics, photographs, or design elements remain the property of their respective rights holders and are used under applicable licenses.

No ownership rights are transferred through a purchase or download.

No Trademark Rights

This license does not grant permission to use any Quiet Fold Studio product, design, name, logo, phrase, or graphic as a trademark, service mark, company logo, social-media identity, or other source identifier.

License Duration

Your license continues as long as you comply with its terms.

Quiet Fold Studio may terminate the license if you violate these conditions. If the license is terminated, you must stop using the product and delete all digital copies in your possession.

Termination does not limit Quiet Fold Studio’s right to seek other remedies for copyright infringement, unauthorized distribution, or other violations.

Copyright Infringement

Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, resale, distribution, or commercial use may constitute copyright infringement.

Quiet Fold Studio reserves the right to issue removal requests, report infringing listings or accounts, revoke download access, and pursue available legal remedies.

License Questions

If you are uncertain whether your intended use is allowed, please contact us before using the product.

Permission must be received in writing. Silence, lack of enforcement, or permission granted in another situation does not create permission for your proposed use.
