Digital Products
Quiet Fold Studio primarily sells digital products that are delivered electronically.
No physical item will be mailed unless a product page expressly identifies the item as a physical product.
Because digital files cannot be physically returned after they have been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, all digital-product sales are generally final and nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Please Review Products Before Purchasing
Before completing a purchase, please carefully review:
- The complete product description
- The number and type of files included
- The listed file formats
- The finished dimensions and printing instructions
- The software, device, or printer requirements
- The product photographs and preview images
- The personal-use licensing restrictions
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a product or are unsure whether it will meet your needs.
Situations That Generally Do Not Qualify for a Refund
Refunds will generally not be provided because:
- You changed your mind after purchasing
- You no longer need or want the product
- You expected a physical product when the listing described a digital download
- You do not have the software, device, printer, paper, or equipment needed to use the product
- Your device or software does not support the clearly listed file format
- Your printer produces colors that differ from your screen
- You are dissatisfied with ink usage, paper choice, printer margins, or print quality
- You purchased the wrong product or purchased the same product more than once
- You did not read the product description, printing instructions, or license terms
- You are unable to download the product because of an issue with your internet connection, email account, device, browser, or security settings
- A third-party printing company declines to print the file
- You found a similar product elsewhere after purchasing
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the exact same product more than once, contact us promptly.
After verifying the duplicate transaction, we may refund the duplicate charge at our discretion when the files associated with the additional purchase have not been used or separately distributed.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Files
Please contact us if:
- A downloaded file is corrupted and cannot be opened
- A file listed in the product description is missing
- You receive a product different from the one you purchased
- A technical problem originating with the supplied file prevents normal use
We will first attempt to correct the problem by replacing the file, providing a new download link, supplying the missing item, or offering reasonable technical assistance.
If we cannot provide the product as described, we may issue a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Download Problems
Failure to locate or open a download does not necessarily mean that the product is defective.
Before requesting assistance, please:
- Confirm that your payment was successfully completed.
- Check your email inbox, spam folder, promotions folder, and trash folder.
- Confirm that you entered the correct email address during checkout.
- Try downloading the file using a current web browser.
- Save the file to your device before attempting to open or print it.
- Confirm that your device has an application capable of opening the listed file format.
If the problem continues, contact us with your name, order details, product name, and a description of the issue.
Printing Results
Colors may vary between screens, home printers, commercial printers, inks, and paper types.
Quiet Fold Studio is not responsible for:
- Normal differences between screen and printed colors
- Printer calibration or mechanical problems
- Low, empty, clogged, or incompatible ink cartridges
- Incorrect printer settings
- Paper that is unsuitable for the customer’s printer
- Automatic scaling, cropping, or border settings selected by the customer or printing provider
- Charges imposed by third-party printing services
We recommend printing a test page before producing multiple copies.
Unauthorized Use
Refunds will not be issued when a customer has violated the Digital Download License, shared the product, redistributed the files, sold printed copies, or otherwise used the product without authorization.
Issuing a refund does not grant permission to retain, use, reproduce, share, or distribute the product. When a purchase is refunded, the customer’s license ends and all downloaded copies must be deleted.
Refund Requests
To request assistance with an eligible issue, contact us within 14 days of purchase unless a different period is required by applicable law.
Include:
- Your name
- The email address used for the order
- The date of purchase
- The product purchased
- A description of the problem
- Screenshots or error messages, when helpful
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method.
Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution. Quiet Fold Studio cannot control how quickly a bank, card issuer, or payment processor posts the refunded amount.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact Quiet Fold Studio before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Fraudulent disputes, false claims of non-delivery, and attempts to retain products after receiving a refund may result in termination of download access and other available remedies.
Nothing in this section limits your lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.
Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy does not eliminate or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right, replacement, or other remedy, Quiet Fold Studio will comply with that requirement.
